All staff is now radio dispatch with personal mike systems. Each person can have direct connections with others and office without having to place phone calls. This will be handy when we are doing tree removals and tree prunings in large canopy trees or are to high for clear conversations from tree to ground or ground to tree. Once a phone call is placed to the office, any staff member needed for converation involvement is only a second away.
